Explanation: External access
Introduction
In this guide, we will explain how to request external access to a client's account in the Afosto environment. This way, you can easily access different accounts and work more efficiently.
Preparation
- Make sure you are logged into your business account via this link.
Step-by-step
- Click on the icons of your company name and user in the top right corner of your account.
- Select your company name. A pop-up will appear, allowing you to switch between different accounts.
- Click on the "Request Access" button in the pop-up.
- A field will open where you can enter the client's email address. Fill in the email address of the client for whom you want to request access and click "Request Access."
- The client will receive an access request in their account. Wait for the client to accept this request.
- Once the client accepts the request, you will have access to their account.
Now, you can easily switch between different accounts you have access to by following steps 1 through 3.
